Each year, far too many people die on British level crossings as a result of zig zagging around AHBs. Despite visual warnings not to do so and barriers to physically stop road users driving across a level crossing infront of a train, drivers still try to cross.

HoldFast has developed a system that wil stop people jumping AHBs. This brings a host of advantages, including:

Road Safety The SafeRoute is designed to keep road users on the left hand side of the road so they cannot try and jump the AHBs at a level crossing. There is also an added advantage that, if driven into sideways, the bollards will not collapse, but is bit straights on, they will bear some of the shock of the collision, thereby reducing risk of serious accidents or injury.
